Registration

Who can order in the Boellhoff eShop?

Only companies located in Czech Republic can order in the Boellhoff eShop. There are no eShop accounts for consumers. Companies located in one of the countries mentioned below may register onto the respective eShop:

How do I create an eShop account?

Click on the “log in” button on the top right and on “register now” then fill in the registration form. You define your log in information (email, password) during the registration process. Your account will usually be activated within 1 hour, after a quick check of your company information. This does not apply for consumers and companies that are not located in Czech Republic.

How long does the activation of my eShop account take?

Your account will usually be activated within 1 hour, after a quick check of your company information. After your eShop account has been activated you’ll receive a confirmation email. This does not apply for consumers and companies that are not located in Czech Republic.

How does the log in work?

You can log in with your e-mail address and password. To do this, click on ‘Log in’ at the top right and enter your access data. You have defined your login details when you registered.

Why are prices not displayed?

In order to see prices you need an activated eShop customer account and must be logged in. If you don’t have log in information, please register onto the eShop. Prices will be displayed when your eShop account is activated and you are logged in.

Prices are not available if you have an eShop CAD account. If you wish to check prices in the eShop please send an email to eshop_cz@boellhoff.com or use the contact form. We will expand your account accordingly.

How can I change my contact details?

You cannot change your contact details in the eShop yourself. Please let us know your change requests via the contact form. We will then save them for you.

I forgot my password.

Click on “log in” on the top right and then on “forgot password”. You can create a new password with your email address.

Where can I manage my customer information?

Your customer information can be managed in the section “my account”. Please log in and click on “my account”.
There different topics can be selected:

Change Password – Here you can define a new password. I order to do so you’ll need your current password.

Adresses – You can check your billing address here, but you cannot change it. If the billing address is not correct, please send an email with the correct information to eshop_cz@boellhoff.com. We’ll adjust the address accordingly.

Further you can safe several alternative delivery addresses. These will be available as delivery address options for future eShop orders.

My notepad – In this section you’ll find products that you have previously bookmarked.

My orders – In this section you can view your past orders.

How can I change the billing address?

The billing address cannot be changed in the eShop. If the billing address is not correct, please send an email with the correct information to eshop_cz@boellhoff.com or use the contact form. We’ll adjust the address accordingly.

How can I change the delivery address?

In “my account” under “addresses” you can safe several alternative delivery addresses. These will be available as delivery address options for future eShop orders.

Alternatively you can enter an alternative delivery address during the order process.

Article search

How does the article search work?

Insert the search term into the search field in the header an click on the search icon (magnifying glass).

Possible search terms:

- Article number
- Article name
- Standards (DIN, ISO)

Common search items:

If there are too many search results you can use the filter above the search results in order to refine them (e.g. material, head shape, etc.).

As an alternative to the article search you can use the navigation in order to find articles.

If you have chosen the respective article variant, you can choose the correct dimension on the article detail page.

Does the search work with the Boellhoff article number?

Yes, this works, but only if the article number is correct and complete. If you type in the correct article number the search leads you directly to the respective article.

Orders

Where can I find information about my eShop orders?

Under “my account” you’ll find the category "my orders". In this section you can view your past orders, the order status and the shipping information for every order position.

How can I check the availability of items?

The availability is displayed per article. Articles marked in green are on stock can be delivered within 1-3 days. Articles marked in orange are currently not on stock cannot be purchased in the eShop. We’ll gladly check delivery options and delivery times for you. Please write a message in the free text field at the end of your eShop order or contact us via email or phone.

How can I add our order reference to the eShop order?

During the eShop order process you have the possibility to type in your own order number in the field “Specify your customer order number”. It will be shown on all documents pertaining to this eShop order.

How can I redeem a voucher code?

The voucher code can be redeemed in the shopping basket. The ‘Redeem voucher’ field is located below the item list. Enter the voucher code there and click on ‘% (redeem)’. The voucher code used will then be displayed on the right under ‘Voucher’. If it is a discount code, the discount will be deducted from the value of the goods. The order value does not change for participation codes.

Can I still change my order after I have sent it?

Changes are usually only possible within a very small time window after the order has been sent. If you would like to make changes, please contact us immediately by e-mail at eshop_cz@boellhoff.com or use our contact form. We will let you know as soon as possible whether we have been able to adjust the order and, if necessary, send you an updated order confirmation.

Which payment method does Boellhoff accept?

In our eShop you can make purchases on invoice. Other payment methods (e.g. Paypal, credit card, etc.) are not possible.

How long does the delivery take?

If the article is on stock (marked in green), the delivery time is usually 1-3 working days. If the article is not on stock (marked in orange), the article cannot be purchased in the eShop. We’ll gladly check delivery options and delivery times for you. Please write a message in the free text field at the end of your eShop order or contact us via email or phone.

Which shipping service provider is used to send the goods?

Parcel shipments are usually shipped with UPS. Larger orders are dispatched by a forwarding agent.

What are the shipping cost?

The shipping costs for standard and express delivery are displayed during the ordering process in the eShop.

Is there a minimum order value?

The minimum order value for orders in the eShop is 2.000 CZK (net value of goods). The minimum order value for orders by e-mail is 5.000 CZK (net value of goods). Telephone orders are not possible.

Do I get a discount?

The prices valid for you are displayed in the eShop. Some articles have scale quantities. If this is the case, these will be displayed on the product detail page and automatically applied when you order the corresponding quantities.

How do I return items?

If you have a complaint about an item you have recently purchased, please send an email with all relevant information (order number, article number, reason for complaint) to eshop@boellhoff.com. We’ll take care of it and get back to you regarding the further proceeding.

CAD files

How can I download CAD files?

CAD files can only be downloaded if you have an active eShop account. If you don’t have an eShop account yet, please register for the CAD download.

You'll find the CAD files in the download area of the article page if you are logged in and have selected particular item dimensions. For most products in our eShop we provide CAD files in the formats .stp, .prt and .igs. You can download it by clicking on the respective file.

Please note that we can provide our CAD download service on eshop.boellhoff.cz e only to our registered Czech customers. Companies located in one of the countries mentioned below may register onto the respective eShop:

If there are no files in the download area of a product in our eShop, the files are not available.
