RIPP LOCK® washers combine efficiency and a maximum securing effect. They support the optimally secured workpiece connection even under extreme vibrations or dynamic loads. They form-fit into the counterplate and the underside of the screw head. RIPP LOCK® are easy to assemble and disassemble. They can also be re-used several times. Thanks to the low fluctuation of the preload force, the safety elements play their role in materials with low inherent strength such as aluminium, copper, cast aluminium and magnesium alloys, etc.
